Testing myself with a one-shot ride across Pennsylvania: 600 kilometers from Pittsburgh to Philly in the Crush the Commonwealth bike race. No sleep, no stages—just one continuous push. This is part of my prep for the Lake Huron World Record attempt this June, riding in support of Bike MS.
