Multiple Myeloma is an incurable blood cancer. Each week, in Australia, there are 38 people who receive this devastating diagnosis. On Wednesday 18 May 2022 (postponed from Sunday 15 May due to flooding), I and a group of enthusiastic supporters are challenging ourselves to walk 38km for "38Mates", for those 38 people who will be diagnosed that week.

It is almost a marathon in distance and it will certainly feel like one, but that is exactly what Multiple Myeloma is - a marathon.
